“I am a full time rehab counselor. My husband is a retired union laborer who is disabled so cant work.
We have 3 adult children and 2 grandsons. I also help care for 2 elderly parents .
All of my family members are struggling financially and have increasing amounts of medical bills despite working and [being] fully insured with expensive health insurance.
My husband and I have always prided ourselves with excellent credit and pay all [our] bills. Due to increased medical issues and costs we are now struggling to keep up.
Thank you for your help and bringing this issue to light.”
